For all those students of class 10 and 12 who could not succeed in the main examination due to some reason or want to improve their marks, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the timetable of supplementary examination. This examination has come as a new ray of hope for those students who are excited about the future again.

When will the examinations be held, know the full schedule

According to the schedule released by CBSE, the supplementary examinations of class 10 will start from July 15, 2025 and will run till July 22, 2025. At the same time, the examinations of class 12 will be completed in a single day on July 15. The time of the examination has been fixed from 10:30 am and this exam can last for two or three hours depending on the subject. This information is important for the students so that they can plan their preparation in a better way.

CBSE has also issued necessary guidelines for the exam. Students must bring their admit card to the examination center. Mobile phones, Bluetooth devices or any kind of electronic gadgets will not be allowed in the examination center. 15 minutes of cue paper reading time will be given before the examination starts, in which students can read the questions and make their strategy.

Result and way forward

As per previous years, the results of the supplementary examination are declared within three to four weeks of the end of the examination. After this, students can move towards further studies or any career option based on their updated marks sheet.
